Our children of Sacred Heart have the opportunity to receive two kinds of religious education. Catholic School Education and PSR (Parish School Religion).
Cursillo
Cursillos in Christianity is a movement within the church that, through a method of its own tries to, and through God's grace manages to; enable the essential realities of the Christian to come to life in the uniqueness, originality, and creativity of each person.
CYM
The Catholic Youth Ministries Group is excited to kick off the year with a meet and greet during the First PSR Session, Sept. 13th. We urge all high school students to come to this first session so we can plan for the coming year in youth ministry! Parents please help in getting your child to this first meeting. The group will meet at the start of the first PSR Session at the Wendling house (white house behind the church) Contact Ruth Toon or Stacy Root if you have questions.
Fr. Stephen Baxter Memorial Library
Looking for a spiritual book to read. Check out the Fr. Stephen Baxter Memorial Library located in the foyer of the parish hall.
OCIA
Are you interested in becoming Catholic at Sacred Heart, if you just want to learn what Catholics believe or if you are Catholic and want to receive all the Sacraments, OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) is for you!
Totus Tuus
The Totus Tuus program will return again this summer!
The children have the opportunity to go to Mass, to Confession, to play games, sing songs and learn about their Catholic faith.
